Deborah is a Global Executive Search professional who brings over 25 years of experience in identifying, assessing, and placing top-tier talent within organizations worldwide. Her expertise lies in conducting comprehensive searches for senior executives across a range of industries and functional areas. Acting as a consultant to clients on issues such as diversity and strategic planning, she has a proven track record of successfully completing complex, high-stakes search assignments for multinational corporations, private equity firms and venture-backed startups.

He was a member of President Obama's Council on Jobs and Competitiveness and was tasked by Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York with heading the Education Reform Commission.

DIXON-BARROW, OBE

Annmarie has over 20 years experience working on recruitment, diversity and the socio-economic development of ethnic minorities in the private, public and voluntary sectors.
Regarded as one of the leading experts in diversity, Annmarie was recently awarded an OBE (Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) for her services to diversity in labour markets solutions.
Annmarie specialises in developing innovative programmes to assist ethnic minority and other professionals into jobs commensurate with their academic qualifications.
Annmarie sits on several boards, including the Open University, Camden ITec, The London Academy for Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) and The League of Mercy.
KATE LAM
Sustainability Strategist
Kate is an international sales and business development executive at the intersection of Financial Markets, Fin-Tech and Green Energy. She has held senior management roles, responsible for high-performance sales teams across US, Asia and Latin America. As an entrepreneur, she has successfully worked well across large corporate structures and startups.
Kate is also passionate about social inclusion and economic empowerment for women and children. She serves as a Board Member for Vision Fund International, the micro-financing arm of World Vision, a global humanitarian organization and sits on the Audit and Risk Committee. She is also on the council of Strong Women Strong World which has a presence in nearly 100 countries and has helped more than 3.5 million children. Her mission trips have taken her throughout Africa and she continues to be actively involved with her charity work.

Joseph Moran is the co-founder of JMDO Marketing + Branding + Photography, LLC. His photos have appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, People, New York Magazine, Fortune, Money, Entertainment Weekly, Real Simple, InStyle, TimeOut, Wired, and Time Magazine among other national and international publications.
His photographs are also built into the architecture/design at The Signature Theatre, New York, and The Public Theater, New York.
The City of New York uses his most published photo to showcase the cultural highlights of the city’s arts community.
Moran is the only photographer the reclusive writer, Harper Lee, permitted to take a formal studio portrait of her in the years between the publication of, To Kill A Mockingbird and her death.
